Very poor service!! after 5 times in the shop and thousands of $$ They still didn't fix the problem. Got a call every time about the service .. and how they did ..except the last time i had it in.. Because they knew i wasn't happy ..Very Convenient way to keep the customer reviews survey skewed to the positive. I hope the owner reads this. He needs to know the truth ! Talked with other owners of Hyundai and they say the same .. some take even take there Hyundai's to Barrie !!

Just wondering how many mechanics would change rotors but not pads? Genius mechanics at Orillia Hyundai that's who . Buy a used car from them, they say it has new brakes. . But in reality just new rotors on back .. this is a quote "new brakes doesn't mean new brakes " all around. Not sure where these guys get a license to work on cars . Me and my car deserve better than these idiots provide .
