We brought our Elantra here in numerous times for service. The last service before warentee we brought up a few issue we wanted them too look at. They ended up blamimg our new brakes and suggested we needed a new clutch. We got a second opinion from Mr Transmission who felt there was zero clutch issue. very frustrated now we asked for Hyundai Orillia to honor our original request and asked for the crooked technicians license number. I am on my second Hyundai vehicle. My first was a 2013 Veloster Turbo and my current vehicle is a 2017 Elantra Sport. The main reason I stayed with Hyundai is because of how I have been treated by all the staff at Orillia Hyundai. They have gone above and beyond to help me get a great vehicle and maintain it. When I walk in I am greeted by everyone by name and by big smiles. They are like an extended family. Cars can be bought anywhere but service this great is hard to find. Highly recommend them.
My 2016 Accent's transmission ended up blowing up and it into Orillia Hyundai to get fixed. From what I heard it was quite a head scratcher for the mechanics because the Accent just wouldn't want to run. It took over a month for the issue to be figured out but it was also an issue you would never find in that car at all. I went to Hyundai to have a test drive in The Orange Jeep Wrangler they have for sale, because I don't drive manual I asked the sales man to tak me out, he was unprofessional from the start with his language (swearing quit frequently) he hopped in the jeep started it, just revving the engine.....
