RecommendedI’ve been visiting for every service since I got my car 4 years ago. 2 Stars While I was happy with my initial purchase of my Elantra, it was only after I realized some “clauses” to the incentives which came with the car. I went in to buy a car who’s GL model was only about 22k, but by the time I was “talked” or rather this point I believe intimidated to get the 8k warranty package on top of it, which blew my original budget of $250/mo up to $314/mo. I've been bringing my 2010 Elantra Touring to the service department at Orillia Hyundai for many years. Last week, I bought a 2018 Kona there. I told sales rep. Cody that I would be giving our old car to my seventeen year old daughter, as a surprise high school graduation gift. James was amazing helping me with my decision on my new car! Highly recommend!!
The mechanic I had was terrible and didn’t even know basic information about my Tucson. Not happy with the service at all. Should have known when the vehicle I bought certified had to be taken back a few weeks latter to have broken suspension components replaced. Not to mention I can barely shift the transmission when it’s cold out but apparently that’s “normal”.
