Tanya was very responsive, helpful and professional. She was prompt with her responses and with any research needed to help me in my search. She was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me work with mortgage brokers that could help me with my specific situation.
After a try at out right sale of the property the short sale did bring in the highest short sale value in the neighborhood. Tanya was in almost constant touch on the process. Helpful on every step. Short sale was a quick one. Enjoyed her work on the sale thank goodness it went quick. Tanya is a competent agent. Not had to look at either.(cute lady)
