Marjory was a wonderful agent for me in both selling and purchasing a home. She helped me qualify what I actually wanted in a home and then found it for me. She smoothed any snags that came along in the process and made me feel like reassured by her experience and knowledge. Since I have moved from Atlanta and had some other, less desirable experiences which have highlighted how easy an experience Marjory really made for me.
I worked with Marjory to sell my home in Avondale Estates, GA. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was living out of the state at that time and she took over fixing up the house, staging it and open houses. She was very thorough in her work and I credit her for being able to sell the home quickly (we sold our home within a month of listing !) I would gladly work with Marjory again and I highly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a home in the Atlanta, GA area. She is a true asset !!
