Sue did a great job giving us pointers on how to improve our home before we put it on the market and help us sell for as much as possible. She worked to understand our needs when selling and what timeline we were on. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the area and local situation. We also appreciated that she rolled with the punches when we needed to change the listing date a few times and shepherded the process from beginning to end.

Leigh Lynch literally is a miracle worker. When I was pregnant, we had two homes that we had to sell and find a home in a certain school district all in a three month span.
