Have been using our new ensuite for a week following the renovation by OT&B. Got to say that it is absolutely superb!!! Think all the choices that OT&B guided us towards work extremely well together, and the result is far greater than the sum of the parts. New Aqualisa shower is a revelation !! Standard of tiling is fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend OT&B for a professional and high quality service.
I really can't praise this place highly enough. We made the initial (HUGE) mistake of not going to Original Tile for our bathroom refurb. (I thought they only did tiles at that point). We went "elsewhere" and have had a complete series of disasters from start to finish. (Poor advice, unsuitable products sent, wrong parts sent, etc etc etc!). Anyway....... Although we used our own installation team as we were also upgrading our heating system , we were very pleased with all the help we got choosing our bathroom suite and tiles. There is a good range in the showroom and Kirsty was very helpful in giving practical advice. Michael was very helpful with a few minor post installation issues. Overall we are very happy with our new bathroom and would have no hesitation in recommending Original Tile & Bath.
2nd experience of the Original Tile and bath team , in our home but also had already completed work for two other family members. Refurbed ensuite and fully tiled the adjoining bedroom . Team were quick and as tidy as could be given the work involved . Fixed previous errors from when originally built and got an even better result than we expected with the shower level. Sourced the reeded glass for the shower screen . Job well done from start to finish . Completed in April 24.
Had a new bathroom created in an old house. This was not a straight forward job however OTB provided a complete and seamless service with minimal disruption and an excellent result. Professional, efficient and pleasant team, would definitely recommend.
