Visited the nursery and booked a garden design home visit with Gwynne, he did not turn up. After contacting the nursery Gwynne visited latter that same day, unfortunately he was not particularly friendly and even took a phone call during the home visit and kept me waiting whilst he spoke to the other person on the phone. He was very dismissive and rude.

We have been buying large established plants and trees from Gwynne and Kylie at Original Landscape Design for a couple of years. We had boring gardens in a new build house, but now the gardens look like they were planted up years ago. Gwynne, the owner, is friendly and very knowledgeable. The plants and trees here are healthy and well cared for and watered frequently (unlike most garden centres). Visited this nursery over the weekend and was made to feel incredibly unwelcome. The female owner was rude and condescending and left me feeling very upset by the whole experience. They don’t seem to want retail customers, you are made to feel like an inconvenience if you want any help in your choice of plant. It costs nothing to be kind in this world and you can’t expect local support for a business if you treat your customers as though they are an inconvenience to you.
