An old establishment in Richmond which, sadly, isn’t what it used to be. Clients of mine spent a great deal of money with Original Bathrooms and after staff changes, a lack of interest in refunding items that they had incorrectly designed and then finally, a broken item that couldn’t be returned because of their “supplier” it left an overall bad taste in the mouth. Emma was the star of the process and took this from a 1 star to a 2 star review - sadly I suspect she’s working in the wrong organisation as she’s far better than... read more
