What a waste of time and money! Made a booking for a massage and when i arrived, i was asked to come 30 minutes later. Came 30 minutes later and was asked to wait another 15/20 minutes. No waiting room, no professionalism and in the end the massage was just a mediocre massage. This place is a place to avoid.
I'm a wheelchair user. I contacted them twice to clarify if they can work with wheelchair users and if premise is accessible. They confirmed that yes, you're welcome. When I've arrived, the premise was accessible, no problem with that, but lady just rejected me as a customer. Stating "this service is not for you", I've asked to explain why did they told me that disability is not a problem over the phone. I've spent time on travel. Avoid! No consultation. Unfriendly & felt quite uncomfortable. Music was playing through the masseuses phone (which rang half way through). She also paused to reply to a message (typing full volume with no apology). Don’t think she was trained with hot stones as they kept burning her hands & she had to run them under the tap to cool off during.
