Yoko has helped me a lot with a lost of post workout treatments. I started going for treatment as part of rehab, recovering from a shoulder injury but have continued my sessions as they've improved my general health and stress levels. Yoko is very friendly and listens to the various ways I've managed to break myself during the week and come up with suitable treatments. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Yoko for regular shiatsu massages for 5 years now, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her ability to connect with my body allows me to release any tension without the pain as she works with my body allowing it to free up with ease. I am so happy to have Yoko in my life.

I have been seeing Yoko for massage, shiatsu and acupuncture for several years now. She takes great care to ensure that she understands your individual needs and to focus her treatment accordingly. I have found her treatments to be very helpful with stress and tension, migraine and menopause, and to give me a general sense of calm, balance and well-being. I highly recommend her.

Yoko is an amazing massage therapist - if you need to unwind & relax, I thoroughly recommend her Natural Facelift Massage. After every treatment, I leave feeling balanced and totally de-stressed, and I always sleep better that night. Yoko is a pro and you can tell she really cares about her clients.
