RecommendedThe staff went above and beyond to help me when we were broke down while in town for vacation. They helped me diagnose and fix a battery issue I was having. Offered to bring battery to our hotel. Luckily I was able to get it jumped off and get it to the store. After the jump box wasn't able to get my vehicle started, the young man that worked there brought his truck around and hooked jumper cables up to my jeep. Ultimately, I needed a new battery which they helped me get installed and we we're on our way to lookout mountain.

Our brakes just burned out on the interstate. My husband called to find out the price. Said ok now I have to figure out how to get there since my wife and I are broke down on the interstate. The gentleman ( assistant manger) said that he could bring the part to us. My husband paid for it and he brought it to us. I am beyond grateful for them.

This location does not like to price match as they so proudly advertise and treat their employees with disrespect. Their employees get written up or even terminated if they give senior citizen discounts or even offer to price match. I will never enter this establishment again and urge my fellow Lookout Valley patrons to go elsewhere.
I recently had a bad experience with Karl an employee there. I have since spoken to the mgr and District Mgr. I appreciate their willingness to resolve this issue and their professionalism. Don't confuse my attitude with my character. My character is who I am....My attitude is based directly in how I am treated. I don't tolerate DISRESPECT ..
Some people are very helpful and others are rude but overall I would recommend it to others.
