RecommendedOoltewah O’Reilly’s is the place to go. Chris is amazing!! I needed a headlight replaced and a wiper blade changed out and within a couple of minutes, he had them both replaced. He saved me so much time and money!! Thank you so much!!
Never buy from this store. Incompetent, rude, hateful staff!!! Bought part twice, both times defective. Had to put auto in shop and that's when we found the 2nd part was also junk. So, part was replaced for a third time by a mechanic at a shop. He said he never deals with this company. So, took the warranted part back for refund, but no longer had that visa card, so was treated like we had stolen it, when they had been paid by the credit card company. Unbelievable!! I had to return to the store 3 times before they got it right. I am so glad we now have a autozone across the street now. I'll be damn if I ever step foot in another O'Reillys again!!
