The room was very dark and had a very string smell I could hardly breathe. I have massages regularly and thought I woukd try this place, I left feeling sick and in extreme pain, I'm unsure if the masseuse understood me, the pressure was so hard I couldn't wait for it to finish. I'm really sorry for this review, but feel that for any other clients it is good to know that maybe it is a communication issue and not Intential

Wow! I feel so great after my Thai aromatherapy massage with Chaba. Within minutes of her starting she identified my problem areas with skill and professionalism. Chaba had perfect pressure, knowing to go deep enough to treat my knots/tightness, but not too deep that it’s overly painful. She checked in with me at the right times to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Will definitely be booking again!
I can't speak highly enough of this place and especially Mi Mi. I was worried when moving to Newbury from London that I wouldn't be able to find a great massage in a small town but thank god for Suay! I've been going for a few years now and Mi Mi is incredible each time. Puts you at ease and regularly checks in on you (she is tiny but stronger than 10 weightlifters 🤣) The oils/tiger balm are always welcome when suffering with muscle fatigue after heavy exercise so definitely recommend trying a mixed massage.
