I highly recommend Anita! I have various issues and more so after a broken shoulder last year and was still seeing a physio when I went to see Anita who has done more in a couple of months to ease my pain and aches than nearly a year of seeing a physio....she's amazing and takes the time to explain the problem(s) and then puts a plan into place....she's so knowledgeable and put me at ease from the very beginning.

I’ve been having back trouble for a few years now and have tried various physios and chiropractors all to no avail, after my first session I couldn’t believe the results ,I hadn’t felt that good in years .Would highly recommend ,very thorough and professional
