I have been going to Orchid Nails for 5 years I absolutely love everything about them their staff is the best and have recommended them to others. Not really sure why anyone would ever give them anything but a great review!! If something isn't right they will do whatever it takes to make it right. This is a top notch salon.
Spent $50 on a full set with gel polish to have one break less than a week later and went to have it fixed, just one nail, and they told me they didn't have time to fix it. It was only one nail, it would take approximately 5-10 minutes. Needless to say, I probably won't be going back because I live close to 40 minutes away and it's not worth the drive for how expensive it is and how they don't accommodate to fix something that shouldn't have broke in the first place.
Made an appointment 2 days ago for 6 people. Arrived to be told no appointment. I had family here from out of town. Very rude and not accommodating. I come here often but will not be back. I do not recommend!

Whether it was a miscommunication between your family and us or it's was our mistake to book on a wrong date, I have repeatedly apologized for the incident. I've been going to Orchid Nails for years. Connie usually always does my nails but all the lovely girls are awesome. I'll never go anywhere else. I had my two grandaughters with me 4 and 9. They made them beautiful as well. Love it!
No TV's blaring and EVERYONE speaks English, all the time. Prices are fair. Walk ins welcome but not recommended. Make an appointment and have next to no waiting time!
First time here, after trying several other places (Lee's Nails, Luxury Nails, and A+ Nails) and am happy that I'll never have to find a different place! Orchid was clean & inviting, with reasonable prices, and top notch service! My technician asked for my opinion after each step of my pedicure to be sure I was getting what I wanted. No language barrier, and they never said no, they found some one to do it! Very pleased with my experience here.
I've gotten my nails done for years and been to half a dozen places in Greenwood... Orchid Nails is by far the best!! Jennifer is amazing and always goes above & beyond my expectations! My favorite part is that you never walk out with ur nails looks like a weeks worth of growth already .. they get right to the cuticle! I will never go anywhere else!
