Orchid Nails continues to amaze me with their ability to create any design I imagine, give me something different, and push me out of my comfort zone to try something beautiful. Their work is quality and I have mistakenly gone elsewhere, but come back to my favorite salon because they always do an impeccable job. The staff always calls me by name when I come in for my appointments and they remember my preferences. Five Star customer service.
I thought I was going to Love this place as my son had taken his 4 year old daughter to get her nails polished and it lasted for weeks. Unfortunately, I took my Granddaughters there for one of their Birthdays and the results were not positive. 2 of the girls polish floated off in the bathtub that very night and the 3rd girls is chipping. When you pay $8. each for nothing but a good polish, plus a generous tip, It was expected the polish to last at least a week. Very disappointed. 😞
after leaving my old salon of 5 years a friend recommended me to Orchid nails. I l love how you can text to make appointments and ask questions! they were all super friendly, place was clean, our nails look amazing! I got Katie, and she was so nice and my nails turned out well. Mani/pedi, acrylic nails & brows!! I just had My brows micro bladed & ombré shaded, i couldn’t be happier with the results!! This salon is welcoming from the moment enter, they will be undergoing a MAJOR renovation & will be ready February 2020, can’t wait!! HIGHLY recommended for men & women 💯
