Been going here for years. I can call and get an appointment that same day more often than not. The manager is polite and I always think they do a great job.
I absolutely love Orchid Nails and highly recommend them. I am a woman who never went to have mani/pedi’s BUT now I get to have “girl time” with the best daughter in law. The Orchid Nails team have been wonderful and it’s so much fun. The staff (especially the owner) are fun to spend time with. If you want to support a local family business, I encourage you to check this place out. You will not be disappointed �
After having a really sloppy job done elsewhere I tried Orchid and was OVER THE MOK. Pleased with Jennifer’s careful and meticulous work. Hands down the best nail tech I have ever been to. Her attention to detail is second to none. I was also pleased with the service from management. They notified me well in advance that Jennifer was running behind so I could plan accordingly and confirmed my appointment via text on the day of. Great salon!

I have been going to Orchid Nails for probably 4 or more years now and I love, love, love it. Connie has always done my nails and she is awesome, but all the girls are great. You don't have to wonder what anyone is saying because everyone speaks English. The whole atmosphere of the shop is comfortable. My parents have moved closer to me and I now take my Mom and Jennifer does her nails. If I didn't love this shop I wouldn't take my Mom there. First time I had dipping done I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't look at my nails really good until I got to my daughters home and showed her. There are a lot of dents in them...I doubt their suppose to be dents. Disappointed after $50 plus tip :(
