I had a bad experience when I ordered from Orchid Flower Shop online in December. They failed to deliver the 2 Christmas arrangements I ordered, but I later found that my credit card was debited the full amount, £79.98, for the two orders. I phoned Orchard Flowers as soon as I became aware of this in late January and called in when in Stonehaven in early March. Orchard has still not refunded my money despite a number of emails.

Went in to ask about flowers , was met with a stare no hello or anything , and then got shouted out for a touching a flower ever so gently . Really rude and abrupt will be taking my business elsewhere . Awful customer service

Bought many flowers, and got delivered and the I have always been highly impressed by the quality or the flowers and the arrangements that have been done. Will keep giving this small business my custom for many years Keep up the good work

I highly recommend this flower shop! The professional and fast service they provide goes above and beyond, even delivering to Aberdeen. The owner, deserves special thanks for her thoughtfulness and sweetness. It's as if she connects with you and the flowers to create something uniquely personal. This place is not just about getting a simple bouquet; it's where you find a piece of art. Absolutely recommended!

Myself and my family have had flowers for many various occasions from the orchid flower shop and everytime the bouquets, wreaths, sprays have been beautiful and made with much care attention. Highly recommended
