I had several sessions with Vanessa who really helped me manage my back pain and overall posture problems. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and I will definitely be back for more sessions if needed in the future. Overall availability of appointments and the booking process with Orchard clinic was very easy and convenient even though the treatment was via my health insurance.
In updating my post, I have now been treated by Paul and the team at Orchard clinic for 18 years. Despite spondylolisthesis - an unstable spine and an overactive right pec minor shoulder muscle, both conditions can be managed. It is not a quick fix. As well as the treatment, one has to listen and act on Paul's advice. The result is fewer and shorter episodes of pain. I cannot recommend the Orchard Clinic enough. I have been with them for nearly 9 years now and they have seen me through numerous back related problems. The staff are courteous, professional and polite at all times. I am currently Kieran's patient and his knowledge and ability to get results is second to none.
Highly recommended. Clive is a great physio who has helped me through my running injury and would recommend to all.
