We recently visited our friends who live here, and we LOVED it!! My wife and I can not wait until our current lease is up. The Orchards will definitely be our first choice!!!
Wonderful setting, beautiful walking trails and great location to everything in Mason County. Also an easy drive to downtown Cincinnati for the evening!
So far, my experience has been very pleasant. The Community is Beautiful and well maintained. Convenient to shopping and the highway. Love the walking paths! Oh and let me not forget the gym!! They have all new equipment!! I guess management changed but it really hasn't bothered me. Most of the time I use their convenient online system anyway. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone looking for a great community to live in.
Absolutely worst place I have ever lived . Management constantly changing , prices going up and neighbors pointing guns due to drug abuse. I'm so happy to be finally moving out of this dump . Worse then living in a closet. Ants live in the walls and so do rats. If you're going to live here be ready for the worst experience of your life
My wife, son and I have been here for 2.5 years we've had 3 floods and our ceiling collapsed with water damage all over because the people above decided to try to fix there own toilet. My family was promised compensation for the damage done. the compensation was rent free for month and a half while we moved out...the manager was fired 25 days before we moved out and new management came in and wouldn't honor. we are now being evicted because of nonpayment. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCANDALOUS PLACE! !!
Stay away they give you an apartment where everything is broken, and then they charge you for the stuff when you move out even though you have it on video proving it was damaged.
Love it. Very nice place and friendly staff! Almost here for a year now and it doesn't feel like you're in the middle of town..Very secluded and clean.
I moved in here last February and have to say that this is my favorite apartment I have lived in. The community has a feel to it that can't be explained. Yes, I work here too but I can truly say that I LOVE where I live. How could I not with all the nature, lakes and walking trails. I can't see myself moving from here for a very long time.
