We moved in to Orchard of Landen in July and have been so happy with our experience here so far. The office staff was extremely attentive during the application, touring, and move-in process. Our apartment was clean upon move-in with brand new carpet, windows, blinds, and fresh paint. Our very few maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner and our issues were addressed perfectly. We have lived in a few apartment complexes and I’d have to say the management and staff here at the Orchard are the best! Any issues that we’ve had, maintenance or otherwise, have been handled promptly and courteously. This is a clean, quiet neighborhood in a beautiful country setting. We love it here and we would definitely recommend it!
We have been residents at the Orchard for over five years. We absolutely LOVE this place! It’s quiet, comfortable, beautiful and affordable!!! The staff are the best! Any time there is a maintenance need it is handled immediately. We originally moved here to be closer to family. They have since moved 40 minutes away. We have looked and looked for a place closer to them, and no place has remotely come close to the Orchard!
