There are a lot of negative reviews, so please feel free to do your own research. Our experience has been amazing. I know that a new property management company has taken over since some of the reviews, and there has been new management within that company here lately. Any issues (all small) have been dealt with quickly. The whole complex is situated in a great area, and our unit was well maintained and clean when we moved in. The price is more than fair when comping similar units in the area.
Great place to live and rest. Love the office ladies bunches as they smile all the time. Right on Landen Lake if you like to fish, kayak and swim
We’ve lived at Orchard since October of 2017 and we love it here! The trails all around are amazing and we’re so close to the Landon Lake! We have a dog and love having all the trails to walk her on. There’s also the bonus that Kroger is just around the corner ❤️ if you’re on the fence about living at Orchard, we highly recommend stopping in for a visit! We had a great experience here. Friendly staff, great neighborhood. There is a paved walking path that goes to a park. My daughters loved riding their bicycles on all the paved paths throughout landed. We always felt safe.
I think this place is awesome. I've never had a bad experience with the office staff, and I've interacted with them quite a bit!! No idea about the negative reviews. I love everything about this place. ���
Contrary to the last review posted, I have had a really great experience living here and am sad to move out of the place my family and I have considered home for the past year. I have been pleased with the upgrades in my apartment and view of the grassy hills. The staff has always been very friendly to us and quick to respond. I like the amount of nature being preserved on the lot and the short walk to get groceries. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends. I moved here in August and I am very happy with my decision. It is quit, clean, awesome amenities like the pools and gym, and the office staff are always helpful. The maintenance crew have been excellent at getting requests completed. Highly recommended!!!
