Great place to live at!!! Lived there for two years!
If anyone has any complaints about the orchard, please contact me I am planning on filing a law suit against the orchard. We are already in contact with a lawyer.
It is a nice peaceful place to live. Love the lakes and landscape also!
This place has everything from an excellent, convenient location to a stylish clubhouse where you can hang out, work out and enjoy the view of the lake. The trails are perfect if you like taking walks or skating.
Its a awesome place to live at and love the summer times at the pool and grilling out.... And its close to a new nice big lake!
They always fix any issues that come up the maintenance team is great!
We've been here almost a month and love it! A lot of the negative reviews date back to previous management and ownership. We've found the current management and maintenance team to be very responsive and accommodating! Hat's off to Mary, Chris and team. Christina did a great job picking the perfect unit to show us. We love the facilities, natural surroundings, close proximity to bike trails, ponds, ducks, geese, and herons! So far very peaceful and neighbors all seem nice. We're glad we 'picked' the Orchard!
I Love this place so far!! Dave has been very quick to respond when I've needed maintenance help. The neighbors are great and I Love the Lakes and the geese!! A++++
