I absolutely love living in Orchards of Landen! The large window views, the vaulted ceilings and walk-in closets are dreamy. The management is always extremely helpful and kind, so thankful to live in Landen!
Beautiful grounds, good maintenance, nice staff. Great location
There are lots of new ACTUAL luxury apartment complexes being built in the area that rent for the same or less than the run down ones here at Orchard, so management really needs to reconsider how it treats its tenants. The time where they can treat tenants like they are expendable, easily replaced with another couple or family isn't going to last much longer.

We just moved in a month ago and it's been wonderful! The apartment units are very well laid out. The views of the property from the balconies are beautiful. Maintenance is prompt and professional. The staff is very friendly and always get back to me right away when I have a question. I definitely recommend Orchard of Landen!
I’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely love it! So beautiful and a lovely community to be a part of. The staff are very helpful and kind. 5 stars!
