I called and emailed repeatedly asking for paperwork about having a representative payee which my provider Amanda Puckett has already completed but the patient portal sucks and doesn't work at all for trying to print something off. Everytime I call I can't get a hold of a person. *Edit: after this review and more phone calls I've discovered email inbox correspondence in spam from Orchard. This is my fault. Leaving three stars because the services aren't always prompt but they always get done within a week so I can't complain... read more
