We are very pleased with the standard of care Dad is receiving. The staff are attentive, kind and proactive. This is Dad's second home, so we have something to compare to (an Avery care home) and whilst Orchard House might not look as upmarket as the communal areas in Avery homes, it is far superior where it counts - the care your loved one actually receives. Orchard House Residential Care Home has got the best staff experience. They also have a seriene and peaceful environment for the service users. Orchard House Residential Care Home has approved and safety equipments to give care passionately. If you or your loved one needs friendly and compassionate care givers and an environment of peace and nature, you should strongly look at Orchard House Residential Care Home.
