My sister was busy crafting when we arrived today and enjoying the activity with making clay tiles. Lots of smiles and chatter. A new resident she seems to have settled in well and has been enjoying the garden and playing football on the lawn. Thank you Orchard House

My father has been in Orchard House for over a year now and I have found the staff excellent, despite the difficult times for them. When I take him back after a trip out they make a fuss of him, if out at dinner time always save him a meal. The gardens are beautiful. His room is always clean and tidy and He is clean and well looked after. On my last visit they had music playing and some of the staff were dancing around for the residents entertainment, it was a lovely atmosphere. Thanks to all staff.

okay this place looks wonderful. i was visting someone okay, i heard a member of staff say to this old man "why do you have to be so difficult" i feel so bad for him. food looks nice, very fancy place but worst thing is abt this place is the person i was visiting i dropped her off yesterday and her hands was completely fine. went to visit her the next day, her hands was really brusied on her finger nails and a lady tried to say that she saw it on arrival which she didnt have so she lied. i think they dont look after there ol... read more
