Orbit do not make it easy for tenants to directly raise issues with those that are accountable. All tenants and staff have to use a single point of contact, with inevitable delays & holding time. I have been waiting nearly 5 years for "Customer Engagement ". However, they do provide good Wellbeing & support services.
