I've come here several times with my parents and I love it! The resort is always well kept, clean rooms and is down the street from several shops and restaurants. The only thing I would've enjoyed more is if the rooms had better lighting and full length mirrors (it's a woman thing lol). Also, an app of the daily events schedule would be great.

😍😍😍😍 fiancée & I 2nd time. We normally just stood in reg hotels but came here a few yrs ago got engaged & bought now came back to celebrate anniversary what ever rm did not have they made sure to accommodate with request. The staff is just wonderful here from front desk to rm service To on the grounds. Dnt wnt to leave. My kitchen bathrm was well stocked had all I needed to cook besides the food lol 😂. Can't wait to come back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can't see how their sales and administrative staff sleep at night knowing what they do to people buying in to their timeshare gimmicks. I don't recommend being a part of any of this company's sales presentations. My wife and I made this mistake two times and it's costing us now in more ways than one. Don't waste your time nor money with this company that continually makes you pay for their mistakes and lack of care.

$9 bucks for a tube, person for a family of 4!? Shame on you....this is a one visit...maybe...resort....plus a huge cockroach in our room last night!

We have been owners for 6 years & have ALWAYS had nothing but they most wonderful vacations & phenomenal service EVERY SINGLE TIME we have been here!!! The same goes for every resort we have been to, in Florida & other States! We absolutely love it� The rooms are always impeccable & I love that we have a washer & dryer!! Doing a load of towels while your out enjoying the pools & fantastic drinks is no problem at all!!! We actually had 7 people on our most recent vaca & didn't run out of towels! Only two qualms. Paying to use the fun stuff and the sales tour. The gentleman was cordial and professional. But I own more vacation time than I can use. The grounds and accommodations were awesome.

I have been a owner for 10 years and this is the first time I didn't have a complaint, love my second home.. first time I saw cats wandering around, wasnt pleased about that.
