Fabulous, we were in the best suite ever, enjoyed the patio over looking lake and golf course. The boys enjoyed the lazy river and other water sports. Want more.
Love this place!! I've been bringing my family here every year since 2012. I'm actually here at the resort now. Perfect place for families!! Some of the Pros: Several pools, restaurants, water sports, and great customer service. If you plan on visiting... call and request a villa in the "West Village" If you are staying in a hotel room.. request the "main hotel". It was a couple of issues I had a problem wiith. Beautiful place and the company was superb. Would return in a heartbeat.
The villa that we rented came with EVERYTHING that we needed for our family event. It comfortably seated 15 people when we were all together. The waterpark was amazing and we were glad that it was included in the price. The slides were not included but were worth the price non-the-less. Amazing find for the price. We will definitely be back.
Ignorant, nasty, rude guard at resort entry, clueless staff at Boars Head snack bar at River country.... stood in line almost 29 minutes just to order and then waited 30 minutes for order to be ready to get hot dogs and a soda. They spam you to death. You can't unsubscribe because their system blocks you with a phony error message. I've tried on 3 different computers from three different locations, 2 different states and over at least a 30 day period. I got two emails today alone. It is relentless.
A Paradise in Orlando! came here to visit my Father and Family staying at this resort from South Carolina and this place was amazing! I want to live here!!! :)
This was our 2nd time at this resort. The room is great as we are in a 2 bedroom in Tennis Village. Upon check in, which was smooth you had to go over and grab your parking pass. We got hooked into listening to their timeshare spiels. What a crock of shit for saying it's only 90 minutes. We where stuck there for 3.5 hours!!! Tried to leave on multiple times but they just kept bringing in high pressured sales people to try and make you buy. Plus you also have to buy a tube to use at the water park. Not worth it!!!
