Dear Orange Lake, I love your resort and your registration staff is great but your compassion for guests is bad. We are displaced hurricane victims. We have been without power for a week. So we used our points to come here. Unfortunately, there was no place with openings for our 2 small dogs. We asked 2 managers if they could make an exception but all I got was the rule read to me. Even Disney resorts are lifting the no pet rule for evacuees. Now my family is split with one with the pets sleeping on a couch with no hot water... read more
we have stayed here for at least 2 weeks a year for the past 3-4 years at the East Village and it has been wonderful...This time we were put in the Riverside Village and it was so, so noisy, service vehicles and gold carts with thier high pitched reversing noise up to 1am in the morning and starting again at 6am, don't hope for a good nights sleep that's for sure, when my husband phoned to complain the guy on the other end of the phone actually laughed, he passed us on to a Mr Johnston duty manager who said it would be sorte... read more
They do not care about their guests at all... We checked in on Saturday and on late Sunday night early Monday morning (around 1am) we lost power due to the storm. I found out that some of the city has power so I went to the front desk and I was literally told to go to try and find a hotel room with power because there was nothing they could do for us. My parents have been owners here for 25 years. My siblings and I grew up coming here almost every year. There is no better place I could imagine vacationing at!

We've been owners of this resort for over 20 years and enjoy our annual trips to Orange Lake Resorts. We've visited multiple locations across the USA and they all exceed our expectations!
Have been twice and very happy each time. Once we went with kids and there was more than enough to do. The second time was with adults and we had a great time too. Honestly very little need to leave the resort. Food, entertainment, tons of pools, markets. We love it there!
