Unit does not have basic cooking utensils. Total ripoff- I booked a three bedroom villa specifically to have ground floor access and privacy but got a condo instead. My bedroom window faces the corridor and it's a very cheap window so it sounds like people are literally in my room as they talk walking by or waiting for the elevator. There is no resort ammenity book to help us find things at the resort.

We had a great time. Just wish we could have stayed longer to see everything. I will definitely be coming back to stay. The room was very nice and very inexpensive.

First, I am a owner and this is my first visit to Orange Lake Resort since my buy. I am now in this resort.The first night when we arrived to the unit, there was a serious odor in the room and it smelled like sewage. I called the front desk and requested to replace the unit immediately, but they told me no rooms were available. The maintenence unit visited our room and sprayed a whole bottle of something like Febreze all over the room. She even acknowleged the smell. Day 2 and we love it. Pool is gorgeous. Condo beautiful. Love the decor and amenities. Love everything!!!

I love the place I am an owner. I don't like that you have to go through a sales pitch! I had to listen to what was suppose to be an hour long (2+) sales pitch that I was told was an update to my account since I had none been there in a few years. Christian was ok to listen to but this Brad guy... Director of Sales when someone says NO... get the point! Dont keep repeating the same thing over and over. I mean come on. On a better note... the place was amazing... Just let us come there check in enjoy and leave! DO YOU GET IT!... read more
