It was a very relaxing time however their upkeep could be better. Some of the pool chairs had black mold growing on the back and the bees around the outdoor food facilities and bars were ridiculous. Lots of establishments have outdoor seating but I have never experience any that have the problem with bees like orange lake does. Most workers drive the speed limit however I did encounter one who blew through 2 stop signs and another one who is busy looking down at his phone that he almost ran head-on into me. My family and I love spending time at Orange Lake! The activities are great, the views are great, and service this year was fantastic.
Not clean bin come here from 1990 gone down hill this place sucks next call is the health department to come your only as your service you suck
It was great 2 day. We stayed in the river island villas and everyone from Dale and Orlando the coincerge were great. We had 2 cabanas in River Island for my daughter's birthday party with 15 kids. Brian our waiter was great and even took it upon himself to bring a cupcake with words happy birthday on it. Our fridge did not work in one cabana but Tim the manager on duty took it upon himself to bring 2 coolers with ice for all the drinks and made sure we were all set through out the day. Amazing place with 5 amazing golf courses and very comfortable beds.
Great resort. Always friendly staff, great food at the restaurant's, and the pools and lazy rivers round out the resort experience.
Omg i went there for my first time with my cousin. It was an amazing place. I look foward to next year!!! And maybe celebrating my 50th birthday there. From the minute you get to the desk, till you leave...it was amazing!!! From views, to the amazing room, the activities, to all the pools. Really a experience!!!
Just ended a 3 night stay. Our room was nice. 2 bedroom. 3 beds. Full kitchen. Staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool. Keep in my there is a few for tubes which I feel is a rip off. Sales pitch lasted 2 hrs. No different than most. They are persistent. I would stay here again.
Terrible place, hard timeshare sales pitch where we were lied to that we couldn't use any pools until we had a 90+ minute meeting. Only found this was a lie when we checked out early, to quote guest relations "this problem is getting worse" Staff did not address our concerns about the room issues even though we told 3 members of staff. We stayed on site with Disney for the first 10 days and then wanted somewhere else for the pool facilities.
