This is an awesome resort. If you are looking to own a time share then Holiday Inn Club Vacations is the one to buy into. We had a blast. We got tickets for the Sea world parks at a nice discount through our membership and also to Lego land. The resort property is secluded but not but a couple min from everything Orlando has to offer from Disney to Sea World. I give 5 stars for this visit. I really like it. Good for the whole family or just for rest. I had a bad experience in the past with Orange Lakes Resorts because when I bought my villa in East Village the sales Rep. lied to me about the terms of use and others things. In resume after 3 years paying the villa I opted to don't pay anymore because I had lost a week thanks to the sales Representative and Holiday Inn Club offer me only a $200.00 voucher for the week I had lost. I have been an owner here since 1999 when it was mostly dirt. I bought into the pictures on the wall of what this resort would look like in the future. 18 years later and this place looks exactly like the pictures on the wall. I am now an owner of two timeshares with Holiday Inn Club one is a 3 bedroom Signature Club and my family has a lifetime of memories here. I highly recommend this clean friendly beautiful resort to everyone!! Love this place.

The room was great and clean. But that's where it ends the workers don't interact with the guests. And you have to pay extra for everything!!

This place is great! I walked into VIP check in and they handed me a cold beer. 15 minutes to check in and they handed me 2 more! We have been here enough times that we recognize employees. Jennifer in housekeeping said, "we want people to feel like family." The sales people are nice. They are doing their job, too. We like to stop and make sure we are getting every benefit we can. Already booked for spring break next year, too.

Been an owner here for 10 years. The Best resort in Kissimmee (((And we toured most of them)))!!! Absolutely beautiful and we make new memories every year we go.

My family just visited this resort ,and I will be coming back, very clean rooms, great staff, wonderful pools , lazy river etc. I rate this place a 5 star

i have been an owner here for several years but this trip was terrible. the sales people were really pushy when we said we didn't want to upgrade . On top of that we discovered we leftmoney behind in the safe 4 hours up the road and phoned them . They found our money ans said it would take 12 days to get to us. I phoned back after 15 business days and it had not been sent yet but they said they would make sure it was sent out. 4 weeks later . I called 5 days ago and they didn't reurn my call . Had a wonderful week with our Granddaughter. We spent most of our time I. The lazy river. She had a blast. We went to the alligator show. I highly recommend it. We all got to hold an alligator and learned a lot of interesting facts. Her only sad moment is when we told her we have to leave tomorrow. Room and staff members are awesome, very helpful.
