The service is great, the ppl are friendly, and accommodating, wish they had discounts for veterans but the staff are so pleasant, I bought a time share because I do want the experience again, the suite was clean and had everything a family could need or want and the shuttles are quick, thank you Connie Santana, her and her supervisor met my families special needs and Reasonable Accommodations as a single mother, veteran with a ptsd child, and grieving widow and family, I couldn't have had a better experience then here!

The unit was awesome. The wifi is terrible been using my data the whole time. Plus alot of people here at the east village very ignorant bringing chairs into the pool. Already called security. They did the same thing yesterday and the day before I pointed it out to the people who did this take your mess out of the pool. They walked away like ignorant asshole.

As a returning owner, notice one thing right off the bat. Food portions are smaller, costing more but the ice cream is a big portion at Market Place. But the same old bull crap at the owners meetings. Trying to sell you another unit or upgrade from your current status. I really want to believe they want to eliminate "owners" and switch everybody to points. Also. They just want a sale. My 1st year back they wanted me to a but a 3 bed 3 bath over $300k. Terrible from day one, they took advantage of my mom and dad who are elderly. Gave them a reg room when they are signature owners and stuck them in East village on sixth floor. Pool is a block and half away. Elevator broke first day room was hot and I've machine in fridge didn't work. Called several times to ask for certain items we needed and were told yes we have it however not sure if we can get it to you. ETC is that. They paid over 80k for their 2 weeks and were promised the stars and got the crap. The water in river is... read more

Love it here. So much to do. Went on lazy river, wave runners, paddle boat, and now swimming in the beautiful pool.

Love the idea of this place, but the attention to detail has faded. It's over crowded and it's a zoo. Great place for a golf weekend. But crappy for a family experience.

We just got back from a week stay here in a "villa". It was nice to have a big space for our party of six & it was centrally located. Do not bother paying for the fun pass. We had a discounted rate because we sat through the sale pitch, but not once did someone check for our bracelets. Just grab a floating tube, and go play golf! Only one pool was deep & the floating river was crammed with people. Every customer service interaction was pleasant.
