Not sure I should post this as it is hard to get in already! I put Alona in my top 5 of bodyworkers I've seen . My body totally chills out in these treatments. Facial reflexology/ cranial work on neck/ head massage. Clinic is gorgeous. Alona is deeply knowledgeable and flexible on your body needs. Card machine payment available. Parking outside if needed. She is brilliant if you need some vagus Nerve reset help as part of ongoing nervous system healing.
I personally believe Alona has magic healing powers. Have been going monthly for over three years for her japanese reflexology facials with cranial massage and foot reflexology. It's so much more than a facial, it's whole body wellness and reset. Just don't tell everyone, she's the best kept secret in Suffolk!

The facial reflexology is the most amazing experience I’ve had. Alona is so in tune with my needs and the relaxation I feel is all encompassing to the point where I have actually fallen asleep.
