Dr. McKenzie did a great job on taking my wisdom teeth out! I was nervous and he explained everything to me and made the process really smooth. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed. They also provided all the information I needed for aftercare.
Dr McKenzie is great! We had a very good experience with him and they took wonderful care of us. This is the second time we have had a procedure at their office. Very friendly staff too.
Dr. Pitts and his staff are amazing! They all have been so helpful throughout my time here. Dr. Pitts has performed surgery on me before but Dr. McKenzie is set to remove my four wisdom teeth this week. I’m not worried at all, the whole staff is awesome! I highly recommend this facility!

Dr. McKenzie and staff are amazing to work with. I had a rare benign jaw tumor that Dr.Mckenzie removed. The incision is beautiful! Everything went perfectly from my first visit to post op. They had all insurance quotes ready. They were on top of all paperwork for insurance to my work to the hospital stay, they followed up with phone calls and emails, they responded quickly to all questions, and Dr.Mckenzie even provided his email so I could ask questions at any point. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted last week and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. Dr. McKenzie did a great job of reassuring me and did a wonderful job on the procedure. I had to come back because of dry sockets, and he was SO gentle in packing them. He was very thorough in explaining everything as well. Kaitlyn was so precious and made me feel like I had been coming to the office for years! I’m glad I was referred to OSI!
Everyone was very friendly the doctor was very nice, very informative and friendly. He made us feel real comfortable about the surgery my daughter is about to have. The front desk was very nice and friendly as well would definitely refer them to family and friends
