the insurance girl was rude, rolling her eyes and being hateful because I questioned my insurance not paying for numbing medication to pull a tooth...really. She didn't like being questioned a sure sign she doesn't know what she is doing. I called my insurance and they said it was inclusive to the extraction but they were trying to change me! Never go back.
This summer (2021), I traveled from Huntsville Alabama to Nashville to be seen by Dr. Sybo. He was always nice and respectful during our two visits. Unfortunately, Dr. Sybo was unable to assist in my oral needs but he did write a letter to turn into my insurance to be referred to Craniofacial specialist. I recommend Dr. Sybo.
I was so amazed with this practice. Easily the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. I had wisdom tooth extraction today and I was so scared and they put me right at ease. I had Dr Sybo and he was just amazing. He had me laughing and smiling until the moment they put me under. Bedside manner has always been such an important thing to me due to my social anxiety. This office has no respect for their patients time. Waited over an hour on two different visits for a 5 minute consultation and 5 minute follow up after surgery. Unacceptable!
My daughter Lillie came in yesterday and had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. They were so patient and kind. Everything was explained in detail so we would know exactly what to expect. The surgery only took about 40 minutes from the time they took her back till we were going home. She has been resting well and pain has been very controllable. Thank you for the loving care you gave her.
