Verified Renter It is good to see the apartment building be maintained by carpet cleaning, garage cleaning, etc. Everything looks well maintained. Even work orders are promptly addressed. The only thing I don't like is the fact there will be assigned parking and font-in parking only. I think there is always ample parking available on each floor, no matter the time of the day, and I prefer to park rare-in for safety and convenience.

The unit is absolutely gorgeous and so spacious, with stunning views from the balcony. The amenities are fantastic, and everything about this apartment makes it feel like home. Highly recommend!

Verified Renter Everyone is super friendly! Moving in went very smooth. I feel super safe as well. The amenities are super clean and updated. In the unit itself, the ceilings are super tall and the natural lighting is gorgeous.
