Verified Renter Nice building, good location. Increases in rent there hasn't been any increases in amenities or value. Staff is friendly and maintenance is great. Mail packages are an issue with theft.

Verified Renter Average to be very honest. The Reception people aren’t helpful at all and are pretty rude. The service complaints take a really long time to process.

Verified Renter Great building and superior maintenance people. Upkeep and cleanliness are a real plus. Pool is gorgeous. Gym id well equipped. They offer free Yoga every Thursday evening. Fun events and nice office staff.

Excellent As a resident of Ora , I have enjoyed the close-knit community and personalized service from the building staff. Ora is well-maintained and the amenities, such as the gym and the pool , are always clean and enjoyable to use.
