Love my New apartment!!! I love this place ! I so pretty, Clean and the personal are very professional and always happy . The community areas are wonderful, this building is near to a lot of places in Fort Lauderdale; bars, restaurants, beauty and nails salon, súper markets, etc. I’m super happy here

Best apt in ftl !! I love living here!! From the high ceilings throughout, ample space in the apt, walk in closets, beautifully designed kitchen…amenities such as gym, pool, free coffee and yoga classes, to the great staff always! It’s a wonderful place to live if you’re looking for something affordable and cozy.

It would have... (Verified Renter) It would have been helpful to see images or virtual walk throughs of other apartments not just the one bedroom. For example, I leased a studio but I have no clue what it looks like besides the floor plan.
Amenities are so... (Verified Renter) Amenities are so so & responsiveness lacks in addition to many unknown questions about the community - e.g. how to submit a request if something breaks, etc.
