I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my son and I received from the receptionist during our recent visit to the Wethersfield office. Her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I asked her to wait a moment so my son could choose his glasses and I could provide his medical insurance card, she abruptly got up from her seat, stormed out of the office, and slammed the door behind her—loudly stating, "I am not going to argue with you," along with some other dismissive remarks.
