We visited Optique today after they fitted my daughter in for an emergency appointment. The service was exemplary. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The optician was brilliant, very thorough and really put my daughter at ease. We were both so impressed with the service. My daughter says this is the best opticians ever. Thank you for all of your help.
My husband developed Conjunctivitis the day we were suppose to fly upto Oslo. We canceled, made an appointment with the optometrist, who was extremely helpful. It was through the NHS minor eye treatments.He conducted a thorough examination, prescribed antibiotic eye drops. Three days later the optometrist conducted a second examination and gave us the all clear to fly. We were extremely impressed with the efficiency of service
I had a really lovely experience with Hamza. He was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took his time, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly cared for. The receptionist was also so warm and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more pleasant. A genuinely great team highly recommend!
