I had my UFH system installed in 2010 and it has proven very reliable. A recent technical issue, caused by a power cut, not a component failure, was handled promptly by the Optimum team. Professional and friendly, a first class service!

Excellent service. Optimum designed and supplied the underfloor heating with air source pump for our 250 sq mtr bungalow in 2022. Everything has worked perfectly since , bungalow lovely and warm , economical too . After sales service first class too . 1 faulty zone programmer ( after over 2 years ) supplied next day by Trevor . Highly recommend this company.
