After a very bad start with our bathroom refurbishment we were extremely happy when Berto came along and transformed our bathroom nightmare into a dreamy bathroom. Their kindness and flawless communication skills were very much appreciated.
Optimal responded quickly following a flood causing serious wall and floor damage. Efficient, experienced and considerate survey produced a detailed and accurate quote, including a good match for engineered oak flooring (with sample) and works were carried out promptly to suit us and done within the expected time frame.
