As I entered the office I was welcomed by the receptionist in a very kind manner. The dental hygienist was very professional. Dr. Bailey was thorough in making a diagnosis for what I needed. Very pleasant experience. Thank you all for your caring attitude.
First of all, I am disabled, so I was happy the suite was on the ground floor. The staff was gracious and welcoming. Dr. Wirth and I bonded over our love of sports and Teneil did a superb job cleaning my teeth. I was having such a good time, I almost didn’t want to leave. Never have I left a dentist’s office feeling so positive. Thank you, Optimal Dental! You are top notch!
Got my appointment quickly, because of a bridge that became detached. They got me in and took care of the problem, and gave me two options for a permanent fix.
