Very helpful and informative when requesting an appointment. Staff acted like they were interested in getting your business . Even though busy, waiting room empty, patients tended to quickly. Very short wait to be admitted, staff provided privacy when asking medical/ financial information. Staff exhibited a team approach, were respectful not only of the patient but one another! Everyone at Optimal Dental was so friendly. They were fast & efficient with paperwork, wonderful with explaining the service they'd be providing. Asked questions, and cared about my responses; gave me all the details I could've hoped for. I literally have been to so many dentists in town & they cannot hold a candle to the wonderful experience I had at Optimal Dental, I will definitely be suggesting them to anyone & everyone I can!
How many people can say that? I first came to Optmal Dental when I brought my 100 year old mother there. She needed her dentures relined and a front tooth removed. She was very frightened, but Dr. Wirth was so gentle, patient, and kind to her that I knew this would be my new dental office. I have been one of their patients for about 3 years now and I am very pleased with my care.
What a friendly and helpful office. From my first phone call until I walked out the door, I had such a great experience. I had been a patient at a different location for 20 years and I’m kicking myself for not making the move sooner. I love the ease of the online access, paperwork process, and text message reminders. The exam by Natalie was gentle and thorough. Dr. Bailey was so kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to a long relationship with this office.
