Visiting Optimal Dental is always a great experience. The professional, friendly atmosphere of Dr. Bailey, Janet and all the staff confirms the fact that this is one of the best locations in Lincoln for my dental health.
Ever since I moved to Lincoln for college I've been going to Optimal Dental. Not only is their level of care supreme, but they alleviate any worries or qualms I experience with dentist visits. The staff is warm, welcome and friendly! I tell all of my friends to come here!
I was extremely pleased with my experience at Optimal Dental. The young lady at the reception desk was helpful and pleasant. I believe Ellen was was the name of the girl that interviewed me. She was very nice. The lady that took the X Rays and cleaned my teeth was polite, did a wonderful job explaining things, and Dr. Bailey was very pleasant and willing to take to listen to my concerns.

Dr Bailey is a great dentist and he was super helpful in my decision to chose between braces or Invisalign! He gave me plenty of information and options to chose from, and didnt make it difficult at all to understand! Thank you Dr B!
When I left my appointment yesterday at five PM. I told my wife, “Gee I feel pumped If I ever get depressed I think I’ll go to the dentists’ office” At five in the afternoon, at the end of a long day, how can everyone in that office be in such a good mood and make you feel so good. I just don’t get it!!
I love Dr. Bailey and his whole crew! Pam runs a great front office and Dr. Bailey and all of his hygienist (Heather and Taneil are my favs) really know how to take care of their patients and make sure you get all your questions answered and take care of whatever you need. I have never had a negative experience with any one in this office and would highly recommend them to anyone!
