The people in this office are absolutely wonderful! My wife went to optimal for several years and kept saying I should switch but at the time was happy with my dentist. I finally took her advice and was shocked at the difference! My old dentist had different office help every time I went in. Optimal retains their employees and they get to know you as a person. I am sure there are other great dental offices in town but this has to be in the top 10 or maybe 5 in my opinion. I highly recommend them!
Been going here for years. Dr. Bailey always takes time to answer any questions or concerns I have. I'm overly sensitive to needles and his manner and approach eases the anxiety. I've never had a bad experience! The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was greeted at the receptionist desk with a smile, my folder of information prepared. The hygienist, Laura, was personal, kind, and efficient in her work. Dr. Bailey greeted me warmly with a hand shake and by name, referring to my husband, who has been a long-time patient. It was a treat to go to the dentist because I felt like a familiar friend even though it was my first visit.
Everyone at Optimal Dental are very friendly. I enjoy going there because everyone is so upbeat and fun to be around. Enjoy seeing everyone and also all the pictures of family,EVEN DR.BAILEY.You guys are a great family.
